PART B:
Squat Madness
3 Sets of:
A: Water Jug Front Squats x 10
B: Squat Jumps x 20
C: Air Squats x 30
Minimize Rest between exercises
Rest 2-3 Min between sets

ENDURANCE
Every 2:00 FOR 20:00 (10 Rounds)
5-8 Push ups
10 Superman Y Raises
12-15 Burpees
30 Double Unders or Plate Hops or Lateral hops

Complete all exercises in the 2 min window. Choose rep scheme to allow for at least 20 sec rest on early sets.
