A: One arm Plank x 20sec/each

B: KB Bilateral Deadlift x 10/each

Rest 1min between exercises

Part B:

12min Amrap

A: KB OH carry x 100m

B: Suitcase carry x 100m (50m/each)

C: Sandbag Carry x 100m

Part C:

3 Sets alternating between A, B & C

A: Ring full Support or Planche Hold x 30sec

B: Ring Horizontal Rows x 10-15

C: Ring Horizontal Row hold x 10-30sec

Limit Rest between exercises
