Part B:

A: KB OH carry x 100m
B: Suitcase carry x 100m (50m/each)
C: Sandbag Carry x 100m
Part C:
3 Sets alternating between A, B & C
A: Ring full Support or Planche Hold x 30sec
B: Ring Horizontal Rows x 10-15
C: Ring Horizontal Row hold x 10-30sec
Limit Rest between exercises
