Shoulder Mobility Flow (VIDEO)
Nose Breathing Throughout

Flexibility :
Hold Each Position for 2min
A: Child's Pose W/shoulder Stretch
B: Dragon Stretch
C: Twisted Lizard stretch
D: Half saddle stretch
Nose Breathing Throughout

Finally lay down on your back and close your eyes for 2-3 minutes. Keep your mind empty.
