Reps: Choose a number of reps for
each exercise you can do unbroken
Station2: Row then Ski then Bike
Cal: Choose a number of calories
you can complete on each round

you have 90sec to complete
3 muscle ups + 6 HSPU + 10 pistols
when timer reaches 90sec....
you go immediately on station 2
where you have to complete 20cal
on the Rower.
