Pull-Ups – It’s not just another exercise for building muscle and increasing strength of your upper body. Pull-ups or just Hanging is one of the most fundamental movements of our human body that needs to be practiced often for joint health and upper body mobility / overhead reach. Shoulder integrity, elbow, wrist, hand, finger health can benefit tremendously from daily hanging. A seated pull-down machine just won’t induce the same intense physical and mental adaptations. Playful hanging is not just for kids and should be implemented by everyone even in our older age. Hanging should be brought back to fashion and people must get educated on the need to hang more and to implement it into their daily lives.
