4 Sets of:
1200m Run
Set1: Warm up (easy) @ 120-130bpm (beats per minute) Zone 1-2
Set2: Moderate pace @ 130-140bpm Zone 2-3
Set3: Moderate-Fast Pace @ 140-165bpm Zone 3-4
Set4: Active Recovery (easy) @ 120-130bpm Zone 1-2
Rest 2-3min bt sets.
