 Strides

Workout:

  • 3 x 100 meters strides.

  • Rest: Walk back to the start between each repetition.

  • Effort: Gradually build from 60% to 90% effort during each stride.

Focus on smooth, controlled acceleration with proper running form.

5k Run

Workout:

  • Accumulate 5 kilometers using:

    • 2 minutes of running followed by

    • 1 minute of walking (repeat until the total distance is completed).

Note:

  • This run does not need to be at a 5k race pace.

  • Maintain a comfortable, cruise pace to focus on endurance.
