*Start each set with 2 Front Squat

*Sets @70,75,80,80,80% of **1RM Front Squat**

*Rest 2-3min between sets

8 Total Intervals (2 Rounds)

30sec As fast as possible / 1:00 Rest

A: Burpee Box Jumps @30/24"

B: Clean and Jerk @60/40kg

C: Double Unders

D: Bar Muscle ups or Kipping variations
