M1: 20 Split Jumps
M2: 10 No Push-up Burpees + 10 Air squats
M3: 20 Object Deadlifts

Equipment:
For the Deadlifts you can use Sandbag / Loaded Backpack / Waterjugs or anything heavy you can find including a Human (Correct Technique Applies - reduce reps accordingly).
