A. Workout 24.2: AMRAP in 20 Minutes

  • Row 300 meters

  • 10 Deadlifts @ 84/57 kg

  • 50 Double-Unders

B. Barbell Thrusters: Maximum Load

  • Find your tough yet technical triple for the day from the rack.

C. Front Squat: Every 2.5 Minutes for 7.5 Minutes (3 Sets)

  • Perform 10 Front Squats.

  • Increase weight to reach an 8/10 RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) across 3 working sets. Ensure you can spare 2 reps in the final set.

D. Extra Credit: C2 Bike 

  • Perform 4-6 Sets, each timed, with different intensity levels:

    • 10/8 Calories on the Bike erg at sprint pace.

    • 20/16 Calories on the Bike erg at maximum sustainable pace.

    • 25/20 Calories at an easy effort.

  • Include a 1-minute rest between each effort level.

  • Take a 3-minute break halfway through the sets, as needed
