*all sets between 70-80%
*adjust the weight according to feel

B.

Every 2:00 for 8:00 (4 Sets)
Back squat x 3 @70-75%
*1st rep @parallel
*2nd rep with pause @parallel

C.

4 Rounds of:
Box Jump x 10
Kipping HSPU x 10
*Rest 2:00 between sets
*Goal is quality/speed/explosiveness
*All Reps unbroken
*Use higher box or Deficit to HSPU if needed

OPTIONAL
* session 2 must always be completed few hours prior to or after the main workout.
