Starting tomorrow, our 2024 Winter Training Cycle kicks off, and it's tailored to prepare you for greatness as we enter the heart of the training season. This cycle is packed with challenges, purpose-driven programs, and the coaching you need to unleash your potential and reach your goals. Whether you're an experienced athlete or building your foundation, we've got the path to elevate your game.
🏆 The Competition Program: Individual Training
Designed for experienced athletes hungry to compete, this program is crafted to push you to the next level with intense, 90-120 minute sessions. Expect individualized training and progressions that will challenge you to exceed your limits. Our Competition path is about building mental and physical strength, preparing you to conquer quarterfinals and beyond!
💪 The Fitness Program: Class-Based Training
If you're working toward mastering your skills and refining your technique, the Fitness program is for you. This class-format program emphasizes coaching, guidance, and building a strong foundation in a supportive, team-like environment. Each session is packed with exercises to develop strength, flexibility, and endurance, moving you closer to top performance in the Open.
What’s in Store This Winter?
Strength Progressions: Master key lifts with progressive overload under fatigue and accessory work to ensure balanced growth.
Metcon Madness: Engage in power intervals, AMRAPs, and conditioning sessions that sharpen your grip endurance, barbell control, and gymnastics skills.
Gymnastics Progressions: Two pathways for our Fitness athletes—“Got None” for those working on first reps, and “Got Some” to build efficiency and endurance.
Saturdays: Every week, we’ll wrap things up with a competitive, fun, and challenging workout to fuel your fighting spirit!
Extra Credit for the Truly Committed
Feeling ambitious? We’ve got optional extra credit work for freestanding handstand push-ups, GHD endurance, strict ring muscle-ups, and chest-to-bar endurance. Push yourself beyond the standard programming and join those committed to going the extra mile!
