B. Find a 3RM:

  • 3 chin-ups (supinated grip strict pull-ups)

C. Barbell Bench Press

  • 3 sets of 10 reps

    • Rest 2 minutes between sets

    • 2 Reps in Reserve

D. For Time

  • 150 Double-Unders

  • 20 Shuttle Runs

  • 100 Double-Unders

  • 20 Shuttle Runs

  • 50 Double-Unders

  • 20 Shuttle Runs

Time Cap: 16 minutes

E. Extra Credit - Strict HSPU Skill + Strength

Option 1: Got None

PART 1:

  • 4 sets:

    • A1. 30 sec dual DB overhead hold in Z-press position (legs extended in front)

      • Use the heaviest weights possible with elbows fully locked out

    • Rest 90 sec

    • A2. AMRAP unbroken pike HSPU to 1" deficit (toes or knees on box)

    • Rest 90 sec

PART 2:
