A.
‘‘The Clock’’
Every 2:00 for as long as possible…
Each round you have to Complete a set of Atlas stone over the shoulder or Tire flips + Push ups
Each round the reps are increasing by 2reps for each exercise.
*example:
Set1/In 2:00 complete: 2+2
Set2/In 2:00 complete 4+4
Set3/In 2:00 complete 6+6
. . .
*The workout ends when you cannot finish all the reps inside the 2:00.

For Time

Toes to Bar or Knees to chest x 15
Walking Lunges x 20
Finisher
For quality
4 Sets of:
Nose to wall shoulder taps or Downward dog taps x 30
Air squats x 30
