Liability Waiver and Acknowledgment

By signing up for the IRONSKY Fitness 2-Day Adventure, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Age Requirement:

I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older and legally capable of participating in this event.

2. Assumption of Risk:

I understand that participating in activities such as rock climbing, hiking, and swimming involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, accidents, and environmental hazards. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this event and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of my participation.

3. Personal Responsibility for Injuries:

I accept that IRONSKY Fitness, its staff, organizers, and partners will not be held responsible for any injury, illness, damage, or loss that may arise during or after the event. I agree that any injuries or accidents that occur during the event, whether related to physical activities or travel to/from the event locations, are my own responsibility.

4. Fitness Level:

I confirm that I am in good physical condition and capable of participating in the planned physical activities, including rock climbing and hiking over medium to hard terrain.

5. Medical Conditions:

I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions or physical limitations to the event organizers and assume full responsibility for managing my health and safety during the event.

6. Release of Liability:

I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, release and discharge IRONSKY Fitness, its employees, agents, and representatives, from any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action related to any injury, damage, or loss I may suffer during this event.
