  • Goal: Steady pace to maintain heart rate in the 70-75% zone.

  • Estimated Time: 6-10 minutes

2. 4 Sets of:

  • 400m Run @ Max Sustainable Pace

  • Rest: 1 minute after each 400m run.

-- Rest 2 minutes after 4th 400m --

3. 1 Mile Run @ 70-75% Max HR

  • Goal: Maintain a steady heart rate in the 70-75% zone.

  • Estimated Time: 6-10 minutes

Total Estimated Time: 30-35 minutes
