400m Run

8 Burpee Box Jump Overs

500m Row

-rest 1:1-

General Warm-Up:

Start with 5-10 minutes of light cardio such as jogging, jumping jacks, or cycling to raise your heart rate and body temperature.

Mobility Exercises:

Perform the following mobility exercises to improve the range of motion of your joints and to prepare your muscles for the upcoming workout:

1-2 Rounds

Leg Swings:  10 swings on each leg.

Banded Hip Stretch: 1min each side

Hamstring march stertch: do 10 reps on each side. *no weight

Calve stretch: 1min each side *choose only 2-3exercises from the video

Activation Exercises: 1set x 30sec/each:

Glute Bridges

Russian baby makers

High knee jumps

Double Unders

Cool-Down:

Finish with a few minutes of light cardio or stretching to gradually decrease your heart rate.

Spend 1 minute on each of the following stretches:

Twisted lizard stretch

Single leg forward fold stretch

Calf Stretch

Pigeon Stretch

Remember to take your time and listen to your body throughout the warm-up and cool-down.
