Circuit 1 (3 rounds):

- 10 kettlebell swings

- 10 wall balls with the medicine ball

- 1 minute on the rowing machine

Circuit 2 (3 rounds):

- 10 kettlebell goblet squats

- 10 ball slams with the medicine ball

- 1 minute on the Ski-erg

Circuit 3 (3 rounds):

- 10 kettlebell snatches (5 per arm)

- 20 double-unders

- 1 minute on the assault bike
