1. Back Muscles:

a. Single leg side fold: 2min each side

b. Child's Pose with Extended Arms: 3 minutes

c. Sphinx Pose: 2 minutes

d. Standing Forward Fold: 3 minutes

2. Chest Muscles:

a. Cow Face Arms: 2 minutes on each side

b. Twisted cross: 2 minutes each side

c. Camel Pose: 3 minutes

d. Supported Fish Pose: 4 minutes (use medball for support)

3. Shoulder Muscles:

a. Eagle Arms: 2 minutes on each side

b. Thread the Needle Pose: 2 minutes on each side

c. Downward Facing Dog on wall: 4 minutes

d. Puppy Pose: 3 minutes

4. Arm Muscles:

a. Extended Triangle Pose: 1 minute on each side

b. Plank Pose: 2 minutes

c. Upward Plank Pose: 1 minute

d. Dolphin Pose: 2 minutes

5. Leg Muscles:

a. Lizard pose: 4 minutes on each side
