Sets/Reps: 3 sets of 3 reps at 70/80/90% of max.
Rest: Go every 2 minutes.
Details: 2-second pause at mid-thigh, knee, and approximately 5 cm off the floor.
Power Snatch + Squat Snatch
Sets/Reps: 3 sets at 70/75/80% of max.
Rest: Go every 2 minutes, 15 seconds reset between reps.
Front Squat
Sets/Reps: 3 sets of 2-3 reps at 75/80/85% of max.
Rest: Go every 2 minutes.
12-minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds/Reps As Possible).
10 Shoulder to Overhead at 50 kg/35 kg.
10 Box Jumps at 60 cm/50 cm.
10 Burpees Over the bar.
