1 Mile Run @ Max Sustainable Pace

  • Complete 1 mile at your maximum sustainable speed.

  • Rest 1 minute between each set.

  • Repeat for 3 total sets.

Goal: Maintain a steady, fast pace across all sets without slowing down. No heart rate restrictions.

B. Core Circuit

3 Alternating Sets of:

B1. Copenhagen Plank

  • Hold for 30 seconds per side (adjust to knees if needed).

  • Rest as needed between sides and before moving to the next exercise.

B2. Single-Arm Plank

  • Hold for 45 seconds per side.

  • Rest as needed between sides and before moving to the next exercise.

B3. Single-Arm Tabletop Hold

  • Hold for 30 seconds per side.

  • Rest as needed between sides and before moving to the next exercise.
