4 Sets of:
A. Single Leg squat with lateral reach x 10/each
B. Bridge hamstring walk out x 8
C. Drop Jumps x 5
Rest 30 Seconds between exercises
ENDURANCE
Every 2:00 for 20:00 (10 Rounds) :
A. Backpack squat clean x 8
B. Backpack front Squat x 8
C. Backpack push press x 8
D. Backpack swings x 8
Flow: Complete all of the movements in the 2 minute window. Repeat for 10 Rounds.
Equipment: Backpack -Add some weight to make it challenging as needed. ( Eg. books, water bottles, Rice Bags, Sand Bags )
