B. Tempo backpack Bulgarian split squats x 6 (55X1)
Rest 1 Minute between exercises

Emom for 30:00 (10 Rounds)
M1: 12-15 Backpack ground to overhead
M2: 12-15 Backpack front squats
M3: 12-15 Jumps over the backpack
